Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting clients.
- Assist with client communications, including emails, phone calls, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and organize client files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Support financial systems with administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and document preparation.
- Administer accounts receivable, including customer invoices, payments, and bank deposits.
- Administer accounts payable, including company expenses and bill payments.
- Assist with company financial reconciliations on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including booking venues and arranging catering.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in stock and working order.
- Sustain polished and well-kept office space, including kitchenette and other common areas.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the team.
